Since 1992, Community Build, Inc. has operated under the guiding pillars people, partnership and
promise. Our programs are focused on strengthening the community from the inside out and providing
resources to lead to self-sufficiency.

share our commitment to serve. At Community Build’s two locations – our headquarters at 4305
Degnan Boulevard in Leimert Park and 8703 Vermont Avenue in South Los Angeles – as well as in the
